Orange Juice Recipe

My husband loves juices so I tend to make lots of it. When he comes home it is such a thirst quencher especially in this weather. Fresh Orange juice is one of his favorites. This is only orange juice, you can add other ingredients (check notes) but we like to have it plain and fresh.





Makes 2 cups

Ingredients

  • Oranges - 4
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp (optional)
  • Ice cubes 



Method
1. Lightly smack each orange on the counter and cut into half.
2. Extract the juice, using a juicer.
3. Add sugar and ice cubes and serve.




Notes
1. You can strain the juice if you want, I did not strain.
2. You can squeeze some lemon or add 2 carrots and blend for a variation.
3. Sugar is purely optional.
