Fruit and Nuts Balls - In this recipe, we will see how to make an easy
and delicious dry fruits and nuts balls without adding any extra sugar. This ladoo is rich is iron and
helps to increase the Hb level in the body.
Ingredients
- Seedless dates - 400 gms
- Figs - 3/4 cup
- Black grapes - 1/2 cup
- Walnuts - 1/2 cup
- Almonds - 1/2 cup
- Pistachio

Method
1. Add the dates, chopped figs and grapes in a food processor and blend well.
2. Add the walnuts, almonds and pistachio and blend again.
3. Transfer to a plate, oil your hands and take small amounts and roll into balls.
Storage
1. I live in a hot place so I keep this in my fridge. Just take out the ladoo and keep it out for 10 mins and it will become soft again.
Notes
1. You can add any nuts of your choice.
2. The quantity of the ingredients added can vary as per your choice.
3. You can add seeds like melon seeds or pumpkin seeds too.
4. You don't have to add any sugar to it as the dates, figs and grapes are sweet in nature.
