A mocktail in a non-alcoholic drink consisting of a mixture of fruit juices or other soft drinks that you can serve your guests. You can make this easily at home! So let's see how to do it.
Ingredients
Kiwi Mint Crush
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves - 4 to 5 leaves
- Lemon slices - 2 + more for garnish
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Kiwi Crush - 2 tbsp
- Sprite - 1 cup
- Ice cubes
Blue Lagoon
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves - 4 to 5 leaves
- Lemon slices - 2 + more for garnish
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Blue curaco - 2 tbsp
- Sprite - 1 cup
- Ice cubes
Rose Lemon Fizz
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves - 4 to 5 leaves
- Lemon slices - 2 + more for garnish
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Rose milk syrup - 1 tsp
- Sprite - 1 cup
- Ice cubes
Virgin Mojito
- Sugar - 2 tsp
- Water - 2 tbsp
- Mint leaves - 4 to 5 leaves
- Lemon slices - 2 + more for garnish
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Sprite - 1 cup
- Ice cubes

Method
1. Take 2 tsp sugar and add 2 tbsp water to it and mix well till the sugar dissolves.
2. Add about 4-5 mint leaves in your serving glass.
3. Then add 2 thin lemon slices. Then crush the lemon and the mint leaves and extract the juice.
4. To this add 2 tsp of the sugar syrup that we prepared and add 1 tsp of lemon juice.
5. Add the kiwi crush and some ice cubes.
6. Finally add the sprite or plain soda.
7. Serve with a lemon wedge and a cute small umbrella.
- You can make blue lagoon, rose lemon fizz and virgin mojito the same way. For Virgin Mojito, no need to add any extra crush or syrup.

Notes
1. You can make this mocktail with fresh fruits as well.
2. You have to serve this fresh.
3. You can use plain soda as well but add a few tsp more of sugar syrup if using soda.
