1 min Healthy Microwave Banana Cake | Instant Banana Cake Recipe | Healthy Microwave Mug Cake Recipe - In this recipe, we will see how to make an easy and tasty and also healthy banana mug cake. This cake takes only 1 minute to make and works as a lovely evening snack.


Ingredients 
  • Ripe Banana - 3 small or 1 large 
  • Oil - 1 tbsp 
  •  Milk - 2 tbsp 
  • Powdered jaggery - 2 tbsp 
  • Whole wheat flour - 3 tbsp 
  • Baking powder - 1/2 tsp 
  • Cinnamon powder - 1/4 tsp 
  • Salt - a pinch 
  • Walnut - 1 
  • Raisins - 2 tbsp

Method
1. Take the banana in a bowl and mash it with a fork.
2. Add oil, milk and jaggery. Mix well.
3. Then add the whole wheat flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon powder. Mix gently.
4. Add the raisins and mix. Transfer to a microwave safe bowl.
5. Add the chopped walnuts on top. 
6. Microwave on high for 1 min. Do not over cook.

Notes
1. Use the ripest banana.
2. If you don't have cinnamon powder, you can leave it out.
3. Do not over cook, it will become rubbery.
4. You can increase the raisins and reduce the sugar a bit more.
