Cake | Mug Cakes - In this video, we will see how to make a quick easy
and tasty chocolate cake made with whole wheat flour and jaggery.
Ingredients
- Whole wheat flour - 3 tbsp
- Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp
- Jaggery - 3 tbsp
- Baking soda - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - pinch
- Milk - 3 tbsp
- Melted butter - 1 tbsp
- Chocolate chips or walnuts - 1 tbsp

Method
1. Add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Do not overmix the batter.
2. Transfer into a microwave safe bowl.
3. Microwave on high for 1 min.
4. Enjoy tasty fudgy healthy mug cake.
Notes
1. Do not overcook. It will become rubbery.
2. If your cake is not done in 60 seconds, then cook for 10 seconds longer.
3. My microwave is 900W.
4. You can use oil instead of melted butter.
