Peanut Chaat | Healthy Evening Snack Recipe | வேர்க்கடலை சுண்டல் | Verkadalai Masala Chaat - In this post, we will see how to make a tasty and healthy, quick evening snack Peanut chaat.



Ingredients
  • Raw peanuts - 1 cup
  • Onion - 1
  • Tomato - 1/2
  • Carrot - 1/2 cup
  • Coriander leaves - handful
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
  • Lemon juice - 1 tsp
  • Salt - to taste

Method
1. Take the raw peanuts in a bowl, add water and soak for 4 hours.
2. After 4 hours, discard the water, add the peanuts in a pressure cooker, add salt and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles.
3. Transfer the peanuts into a bowl, add chopped onion, tomato, carrot, coriander leaves, pepper powder, lemon juice and salt and mix well.
4. Peanut chaat is ready!

Notes
1. To this you can add some chopped cucumbers too.
