Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate

Do you remember my Salted Caramel Milkshake? If that was not enough, here's another caramel drink I made for myself! I'm not a big salted caramel fan but still I'm simply loving the combination of chocolate and caramel. I loved the Salted caramel ganache and the caramel milkshake. This hot chocolate was simply exotic! It's an utter indulgence and I completely enjoyed sipping this hot chocolate one cold rainy evening!

SALTED CARAMEL HOT CHOCOLATE
Preparation time 10 mins | Cooking time 5 mins | Serves 1 or 2

Ingredients

• Milk - 1 cup
• Dark chocolate - 50 gms
• Salted Caramel - 3 tbsp

Method

1. Follow the link to prepare salted caramel. I had some left over caramel and used that.

2. Heat over in a sauce pan. Add the chopped chocolate and salted caramel and heat over medium flame until it's all melted.

3. Pour into a mug and enjoy!

Notes

1. You can add some sugar if you prefer but I'm a dark chocolate person and I loved this flavor!
2. You can top it with some whipping cream too!
