Bread toast is one of the most loved bread recipes while I was growing up! My brother and me just loved having it for breakfast, especially since it was a welcome break from idli/dosai! And now my kids are the same! They love eating this toast!

2. Add the milk and whisk well. Pour it into a shallow plate.
3. Heat a tawa and drizzle some oil/ghee or butter.
4. Dip the bread slices in the egg mixture. Soak both sides and place it on the tawa. Make sure you coat the bread well.
5. Cook for a minute. Drizzle some ghee around the bread, when one side is cooked, flip over and cook the other side and remove.
You can serve it as it is or with some ketchup, honey, maple syrup.
Notes
1. If you add too many eggs and less milk, it will give you an eggy tasty and smell. Add just one egg and increase the milk for a tasty toast.
2. Increase or decrease the sugar depending on your preference.
3. You can use an electric beater to beat the mixture well, I only used a spoon.
4. The cinnamon powder is just to offset the smell of egg, you can skip it, if you don't prefer.
