My son's latest fascination is football! We have enrolled him in football classes so he's enjoying playing football and watching football. So for his birthday I decided to do a football cake. I don't used fondant in my cakes so I tried making this cake with whipped cream. 

I made two cutouts of pentagon and hexagon, traced an outline and pipped with the cream. I used blue color as I did not have black color. If you have black, then use black itself.

Whole wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies

These chocolate chip cookies are one of the most favorite bakes in my family. My kids absolutely love them and I keep making double batches of it often. Usually while baking cookies, we use 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar to give it a good combination of crispy and chewy but since we are baking some healthy cookies, I chose to add1 whole cup of brown sugar (jaggery). If you want you can use some khandasari sugar to give the cookies some crispiness. My kids love the cookies like this, it's slightly crispy and more chewy and tastes awesome.

This is an easy to make cheesecake recipe and we don't have to use any setting agents like gelatin or agar agar. I made this recipe using only a blender, it's a quick and easy summer recipe! If you like cheesecakes, then try out this recipe, just make sure you use ripe mangoes for extra taste! I have used 4 inch box to set this cheesecake, this recipe will make 2 such boxes.
