Apple milk shake or smoothie is delicious as it is and you can add different ingredients to make it more healthy and delicious. Adding dates gives this apple shake a different flavor and makes it more healthy.
Ingredients
1. Soak the dates in 1/4 cup of warm/hot milk for 30 mins. Chop the dates into small pieces. Chop the apples also.
2. In a blender add the chopped dates, 1/2 cup of milk, sugar, apples and cinnamon.
3. Blend well and then add the remaining milk.
4. Serve chilled.
Notes
1. You can use chilled milk or frozen milk too.
