This is one of the simplest dish that we make yet one of the most desired and loved dish. Can't imagine a variety rice without a raita. We make different raitas or pachadi and this is the easiest one. I have already posted a mixed vegetable raita. Do check that too. There is no measurements for raitas, add as per your preference. This is just a guide for you to make a onion pachadi.
Ingredients
1. Slice the onions finely. Set aside in a bowl.
2. Beat the curd well and add to the onion.
3. Add salt and coriander leaves.
Notes
1. Use thick curd for best raita.
2. If you want to use the raita immediately and you wish to to remove the raw sting of the onions, then dunk the onions in cold water after you cut them. Then drain the water and add to raita.
Until next time,
