Here's a super simple juice that tastes awesome and is one of the best thirst quencher and one of the best ways to cool down your body instantly!

CUCUMBER JUICE
Preparation time 5 mins | Serves 2
Ingredients
Method
1. Peel the cucumber and chop them up and transfer to a blender.
2. Add the water and sugar and blend till it's nice and smooth.
3. Add the lemon juice and whiz once more.
4. Pour into glasses and serve.
Notes
1. Add more sugar if needed.
2. Lemon juice is optional, I did not add but adding it gives a nice zing to the taste of the juice.
3. If the jar of your blender is small then add 1/4 cup water and blend the cucumber to a paste and then add the remaining water and mix well.

- Sugar - 1 tbsp
- Lemon - 1 tsp (optional)
