Eggless Chocolate Cake Recipe | Vegan Chocolate Cake | Dairy Free Chocolate Cake - In this recipe, we will see how to make an eggless chocolate cake that is super moist and tasty.




Ingredients 
  • Maida - 3/4 cup 
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup 
  • Cocoa powder - 2 tbsp 
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp 
  • Salt - pinch 
  • Oil - 1/4 cup 
  • Warm water - 1/2 cup 
  • Coffee - 1/4 tsp 
  • Vanilla - 1/2 tsp 
  • White vinegar - 1 tbsp 

Frosting 
  • Whipping cream - 1 cup 
  • Vanilla - 1 tsp 
  • Icing sugar - 1.5 tbsp 
  • Chocolate ganache - 2 tbsp 




Method
1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C. Line a 6 inch cake tin with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, take the maida, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda and a pinch of salt. Mix well.
3. Then add the oil and add the coffee powder to the water and mix it well. Add this into the dry ingredients.
4. Add the vanilla and the vinegar and mix it well. Do not overmix the batter
5. Transfer the batter into the prepared cake tin. Tap the tin on the counter to remove the air bubbles.
6. Bake the cake in the pre heated oven for 22-25 mins or until a skewer comes out clean,
7. Wait for the cake to cool down completely and then frost the cake.

Frosting
1. Take the whipping cream and add the vanilla, icing sugar and beat till soft peaks.
2. Then add 2  tbsp of ganache and beat again till stiff peaks are formed.
3. Cut the cooled cake into two.
4. Place the first layer of cake on the cake board and place some whipped cream and spread evenly.
5. Add some more ganache and spread.
6. Then place the second layer of cake and frost the cake completely with whipped cream.
7. Finally decorate the cake as you wish.
