Hair Oil to Prevent Severe Hair fall

This hair oil is very similar to the Kalonji Hair oil that I posted earlier. This oil has more ingredients and is even better in combating hair fall. This is the hair oil we use as a family and this works really well in preventing hair fall.

Hair fall is mostly caused due to some nutritional deficiencies. So it is very important to get yourself checked and start having healthy nutritious food along with lots of water.

Along with good diet, if you start using this hair oil, it definitely helps to stop the hair fall. All the ingredients used to make this oil is very good in preventing hair fall. Make sure you use it atleast twice a week and apply the oil and leave it for 1 hour before washing it off with shampoo.

Oil for extreme hairfall
Ingredients
  • Kalonji (Black cumin seeds ) - 2 tbsp
  • Fenugreek seeds (methi) - 2 tbsp
  • Coconut oil - 400 ml
  • Castor oil - 100 ml
  • Onion - 1
  • Garlic pods - 2
  • Curry leaves - 1 cup
  • Neem leaves - 1/2 cup
  • Hibiscus - 2 to 3
  • Amla - 3
Method
1. Take the hibiscus flower and remove the stalk. 

2. Wash the curry leaves, neem leaves, hisbiscus and amla. 
3. In a small mixer jar, dry grind the kalonji and fenugreek seeds.

4. Now add the curry leaves, neem leaves, hibiscus, amla and kalonji and fenugreek seeds to a blender. 

5. Chop the onion and add it in, add the garlic too and blend till it's a paste.

6. Do not add water. The water from washing the leaves is sufficient to blend it all together. If needed add 1/2 tbsp of water.

7. Heat a pan and add the coconut oil and castor oil. 

7. Add the ground paste. Mix well and let this cook for about 10 minutes. Switch off and let it all soak for 24 hours.

8. After soaking, strain the mixture with a kitchen towel or strainer. 

9. Keep the oil in the sun for 1 day and store in a clean bottle.

Notes
1. I let the mixture soak for 4 days, heating it up every day for 2 minutes. And then I strained the mixture.
2. You can add up to 10 hibiscus. I used 2 since I got only 2 this time.
3. You can use shallots instead of the large onion.
4. Use this oil twice a week for at least 3 months and also supplement your diet with healthy nutritious food for good results.
