Method
1. To make these cheesecakes, I'm using disposable boxes. These are about 2.5 inches.
2. Take the biscuits in a small mixie jar and blend till it's smooth and powdery. Add the melted butter and beat again.
3. Transfer the biscuits equally into the boxes and press firmly.
4. Leave this in the refrigerator till we finish the next step.
5. For the cheesecake layer - Add chopped strawberries, cream cheese, fresh cream, sugar and white chocolate in a mixie jar.
6. Blend till it's smooth and creamy.
7. Transfer this mixture equally into both the boxes. Cover and leave it in the refrigerator for 1 to 2 hours.
8. For the top layer - Take few strawberries in a mixie jar, add sugar and lemon juice and blend well.
9. Transfer this equally over the cheesecake layer and leave it in the fridge for 1 hour to set well.
10. Then decorate as you wish and serve.
Notes
1. I've added white chocolate to help the cheesecake set well. You will not taste the white chocolate but it definitely adds to the taste of the cheesecake.
