While I'm learning to make different salads, my sister in law is the best when it comes to salad making! She makes such wonderful salads and I always love it. This is one such salad that she made and we absolutely loved it! We had it with bread for breakfast.
Ingredients
Method
1. Preparation - Chop the cabbage, tomato, capsicum and coriander finely. Boil the eggs and cook the sweet corn with a little water and set aside. I marinated the chicken with some masala and pressure cooked it.
2. Chop the cabbage or salad leaves and put it in a bowl. Cook the sweet corn in some water, you can either pressure cook the corn or use microwave. Add the corn to the bowl.
3. Chop the tomatoes and cut the boiled eggs into small pieces and add that too.
4. Chop the capsicum and coriander finely and add.
5. Add mayonnaise and mix everything well together.
6. I marinated the chicken the night before and left it in the refrigerator. Pressure cooked just before starting. Shred the chicken and add.
7. Add pepper powder and salt and mix everything well.
8. Garnish and serve.
We enjoyed having this as it is and also had it with bread.
Notes
1. You can add any other vegetable along with this too.
2. Skip the eggs and chicken it you don't prefer.
