I got this recipe from the back of my Quaker Oats packet, it's very simple to make and we love oats in all forms so I was game to try it out! The recipe in the packet called this as oats lemon rice, it doesn't taste so much like lemon rice so I chose to call it just lemon oats!
The addition of lemon juice, gives a wonderful twist to the regular oats that we are used to eating. Have it with a lovely sambar or chutney and it makes a wonderful meal.
