Banana Oats Cookies | No Sugar Cookies

This cookie is one of the healthiest cookies you will ever get to make. There is no added sugar, the bananas and raisins make this cookie sweet. It's so simple to put together, it takes no time and even your kids can do this!

Preparation time 8 mins | Baking time 15-18 mins | Makes 8 - 10 cookies

Ingredients
  • Ripe Banana - 3
  • Oats - 1 cup (I used quaker)
  • Raisins - 1/2 cup

Method
1. Dry roast the oats and set aside. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper.


2. Mash the bananas in a bowl with a fork. Add the oats and raisins and mix well.
3. Take small scoops of the batter and place it on the cookie sheet.


4. Bake for 15-18 minutes until the cookies are firm.
5. Cool for 10 minutes in the pan.

Notes
1. The number of cookies you get depends on the size of the cookies you make. I made mine quite big hence I got only a few cookies.
2. The baking time will also vary depending on the size of the cookie. If your cookies are thin reduce the baking time by two minutes.
3. You can add some chopped nuts as well.
