Whole wheat Chocolate Chip Cookies
These chocolate chip cookies are one of the most favorite bakes in my family. My kids absolutely love them and I keep making double batches of it often. Usually while baking cookies, we use 1/2 white sugar and 1/2 brown sugar to give it a good combination of crispy and chewy but since we are baking some healthy cookies, I chose to add1 whole cup of brown sugar (jaggery). If you want you can use some khandasari sugar to give the cookies some crispiness. My kids love the cookies like this, it's slightly crispy and more chewy and tastes awesome.

Viennese Whirls
Viennese whirls are buttery biscuits most famous in Britain. These biscuits are piped into a whirl shape and filled with a jam or dipped in chocolate. They taste absolutely delightful, rich and buttery, just melting in your mouth!
My whirls spread too much in the oven as I live in a hot city! But even then, theses biscuits tasted good!

No Bake Chocolate Biscuit Cake
Here is a simple and easy cake to make for kids that tastes delicious. I made this cake for my nieces who love to eat anything made with biscuits! Even though I am not very fond of biscuit cakes, I must say even I enjoyed eating this cake!
I had bookmarked this recipe years ago and I finally had the chance to make this cake. This is one of the easiest and tastiest no bake desserts I have made. There are many versions of biscuit cakes and this is one of my favorites.

Millet Cookies
I have been cooking a lot of dishes with millets and my husband and me enjoy them a lot. But it's not been easy to include millets in my kids diet so I decided to try out some millet cookies and they turned out fabulously! We all enjoyed them immensely.
These cookies are easy to make and takes no effort or time to put together. You will need only 4 ingredients to make these and I'm sure you will have these in your kitchen. Once you get the base recipe pat down, you can experiment and add more ingredients to make it more healthy and yummy.
What I loved about this recipe is that, the ingredients make a very healthy snack, perfect for your kids. The millets, jaggery, butter all makes it extremely healthy for kids and adults. And there is no baking soda, baking powder and vanilla, I love this recipe!

1 Minute Eggless Chocolate Chip Cookie
You know, I love to bake, in fact I love baking more than cooking but if there is one thing that I don't like to bake, it's cookies! Simply because I need to stand by the oven all the time checking on the cookies and keep changing trays! I have a small oven and I can bake only about 4-5 cookies at a time and hence baking cookies is my least favorite!

Whole Wheat Fruit and Nut Cookies
My most favorite cookie is the fruit and nut cookies from unibic. I can eats packets and packets of that! These cookies are similar to those cookies and it's no doubt my favorite! Also these are very easy and quick to make with the goodness of whole wheat, oats and flax seeds. I always get annoyed with store bought cookies since they are so frugal in adding the fruits and nuts! But here I can add fruits and nuts to my hearts content! When I made these cookies my husband was fasting and I tell you it took a lot of self control to keep some for him!!
