4 Ingredients Chocolate Cake | No Oven Cake | No Flour, no butter, no oil

In this recipe we will see how to make an easy chocolate cake with only 4 ingredients. This is the perfect recipe to make during times like the lock down when you don't have all the ingredients at home and can't get them too. This cake tastes perfect for an evening snack.



Ingredients
  • Biscuits - 300 gms (2 to 2.5 cups)
  • Sugar - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Milk - 1 cup
  • Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

Method
1. Pre heat the kadai/pan for 15 mins. Place a small stand in the kadai and heat the kadai on medium heat. Cover and let it heat up.
2. For the cake tin, I'm using a steel vessel that I use in the kitchen, if you have cake tins then use 5 or 6 inch tin. Grease and line the cake tin.
3. Take the biscuits and roughly break it up and add it in the mixie jar.
4. Add 2-3 tbsp of sugar with the biscuits and blend to a powder.
5. Add 1 cup of milk to the powdered biscuits and blend till it's smooth.
6. Transfer this to a bowl and add the baking soda. Mix well.
7. Transfer the batter to the prepared cake tin. Tap the tin on the counter and place the cake tin in the pre heated kadai.
8. Cover and cook the cake for 35-40 mins. If baking in the oven, bake for 30 mins at 180 degrees C.
9. Put a skewer in the middle of the cake, if it comes out clean then it's done otherwise bake for a little longer.
10. Cool the cake completely and then remove it from the cake tin and enjoy!

Notes
1. Do add the sugar, without it the sweetness of the cake will be less.
