Method
1. Take a block of paneer and cut it into long strips.
2. Then add the turmeric powder, red chilli powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, lemon juice and salt.
3. Mix the masala and rub it on the paneer. Sometimes the paneer can break if it's too soft, it's ok.
4. In another bowl, add the maida, cornflour, oregano, red chilli flakes and little salt.
5. Add little water and keep mixing to make it into a paste.
6. In another plate, spread bread crumbs.
7. Take the paneer pieces and coat it in the maida mixture and then coat it in bread crumbs and set aside on a plate.
8. Then heat oil and fry the paneer till it's golden brown.
9. Remove it to the tissue paper and repeat for the rest of the paneer.

Notes
1. After you add the masala to the paneer, let it marinate for 20 minutes atleast.
2. After you coat the paneer with bread crumbs, you can put it in a box or zip lock bag and freeze it. You can fry it any time you want as an instant snack.
3. Instead of maida, you can use all cornflour or wheat flour too.
