Coffee Pudding | No Gelatin No Agar Coffee Pudding | How to make Coffee Pudding

This coffee pudding is an amazing dessert. There is no setting agents used in this recipe but still it sets beautifully with that awesome jiggle. If you love coffee then you should try out this recipe.



Ingredients 
  • Milk - 2 cups 
  • Coffee powder - 2 tbsp 
  • Hot water - 2 tbsp 
  • Corn flour - 1/4 cup 
  • Warm Water / Milk - 1/4 cup 
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup 


Method
1. Grease the moulds with butter.
2. Take 2 tbsp of coffee powder and add 2 tbsp of warm water and mix it well without lumps.
3. Take the milk in a saucepan and add the coffee mixture to it. 
4. Add the sugar and mix again.
5. Then take the corn flour, add warm water or milk and mix the corn flour till it's smooth without lumps.
6. Add the cornflour to the milk mixture.
7. Place the saucepan on the stove and keep mixing till it thickens.
8. Once it thickens remove from the flame and pour into dessert moulds.
9. Let the mixture cool down and refrigerate for 4-6 hours. 
10. After 6 hours, you can de mould and serve or serve it in the mould itself.


Notes
1. Use instant coffee powder, if using ground coffee beans, strain the mixture before keeping it on the stove.
