Instant No Cook Kesar Pista Kulfi | Malai Kulfi | Quick Creamy kulfi
Recipe | Kulfi Recipe - In this recipe, we will see a summer special
recipe, an easy and quick instant no cook kesar pista kulfi. This recipe
takes only 5 minutes and it's so tasty and creamy, perfect for this
summer!
Ingredients
- Boiled & cooled milk - 1 cup
- Cream - 250 ml (amul pack - 1)
- Condensed milk - 1/2 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - pinch
- Saffron - 1 tsp
- Pistachio - 2 tbsp

Method
1. Take a large mixee jar and add the milk, cream, condensed milk, cardamom powder and salt. Blend this all together.
2. Then add saffron soaked in 2 tbsp of warm milk.
3. Then add 2 tbsp of chopped pistachio. Mix it all together.
4. Pour into popsicle moulds and freeze for 8-10 hours.
5. After 10 hours, show the mould under tap water for 5 mins and then remove and enjoy!
6. Before serving sprinkle some more pistachios on top of the kulfi.
Notes
1. If using salted pistachios, then don't add the extra salt.
