Method
1. Add the almonds, pistachio, pumpkin seeds and melon seeds in a sauce pan and dry roast for 2 mins.
2. Then add 1 cup of oats. Dry roast the oats for 6-7 mins and then keep this aside to cool down.
3. Then take the dates and add it to a mixee or food processor. And then add the chopped figs and blend well.
4. To this add the roasted oats, nuts and seeds and run the mixee again.
5. Just pulse it a few times, till it all comes together. The oats will act as the binding agent.
6. Transfer to a plate and add the raisins and mix well.
7. At this point, you can either make ladoos of this mixture or make bars. I made bars.
8. Transfer the mixture into an 8x8 inches baking tray and grease it lightly with oil.
9. Spread it well and press down. Add few extra raisins on top of the pressed down mixture.
10. Refrigerate for 1 hour. Then remove and slice it into bars or squares.

Notes
1. Instead of these nut and seeds, you can add your own choice of nuts and seeds.
2. We are not adding any honey, sugar, oil or butter to these bars. These are no cook bars and the dates act as the binding agent.
