Tasty Pizza Dosa Recipe - In this recipe, we will see how to make an easy
and tasty pizza dosa. You can have this for snacks or even for
breakfast! It's a kids favorite recipe!
Ingredients
- Dosa batter - 3 tbsp
- Pizza sauce/ketchup - as needed
- Onion - 1 tbsp, chopped
- Tomato - 1 tbsp, chopped
- Frozen/boiled corn - 1 tbsp
- Capsicum - 1 tbsp, chopped
- Mozarella cheese - 1/4 cup
- Olives - 10
- Mixed herbs - 1/2 tsp
- Salt - a pinch
- Pepper powder - pinch
- Oil - 1/4 tsp

Method
1. Heat the dosa tawa and grease it well.
2. Add the dosa batter and spread it. Don't spread it too thin, then it will be difficult to remove the dosa. Let it be a thick dosa.
3. Keep the flame at low.
4. Add the pizza sauce or ketchup.
5. Then spread the vegetables on the dosa.
6. Add the grated cheese and the olives on top.
7. Sprinkle the mixed herbs, salt and pepper.
8. Cover the dosa and cook for 7 mins. After 7 mins, when you open the dosa, the cheese should be melted and the dosa, veggies cooked completely.
9. Gently remove the dosa onto a plate and enjoy!
Notes
1. Instead of mixed herbs you can add oregano.
2. Add any veggies of your choice.
