Ragi Ladoo | ராகி லட்டு | கேழ்வரகு லட்டு | Nachini Ladoo | Finger millet ladoo | Millet Ladoo - In this post, we will see how to make a quick, easy and healthy ragi ladoo.
Ingredients
- Ragi flour - 1 and 3/4 cup
- Jaggery - 100 gms
- Water - 1/2 cup
- Walnut - 1 cup
- Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Method
1. Add water and jaggery in a saucepan and dissolve the jaggery.
2. Dry roast the ragi flour for 7-8 mins in medium flame.
3. Add chopped walnuts and cardamom powder to the ragi flour. Mix well.
4. Add the melted jaggery into the ragi flour. Strain and add.
5. Keep mixing till you can form ladoos.
6. Take small amounts of the mixture and make ladoos.
Storage
Store in a box in the refrigerator. When you want to eat, take the amount you need and leave it in room temperature. Within 5 minutes, you can eat it.
