Pottukadalai Chutney without Coconut

This pottukadalai is a simple and easy chutney that can be made in a few minutes with very few ingredients. I like this chutney as it doesn't use coconut and it extremely quick and easy to make. And it also tastes yum! It goes well with idli, dosa and snacks like vadai.
