We had some pineapple in our home, which no one wanted to eat and the only other option I had was to make some juice out of it. And I should say, everybody loved the juice!
For the pineapple juice, you can either strain it or have it without straining. My husband and daughter likes the strained juice and I prefer having the juice without staining it.
The last image is the strained juice, whereas the first two images are the un-strained juice.
PINEAPPLE JUICE

Ingredients
Method
1. Peel the outer skin and chop the pineapple into cubes and transfer to the blender.
2. Add 1/4 cup water and sugar and blend well.
3. Strain the juice and pour into a bowl and add the remaining water and mix well.
4. Pour into glasses and serve with ice cubes.
Notes
1. As mentioned before, straining the juice is purely your choice.
2. Add 1 tbsp more sugar of you prefer more sweeter version.
3. Reduce the water to 1/2 cup, if you prefer a thicker juice.
