This sprouts salad is an easy, simple and healthy salad recipe that you can have anytime of the day! We love this as snacks and sometimes we even have this for a light dinner. It is not only easy to make, this is also a very filling salad with the goodness of green gram and chana. You can even add this to a sandwich and have it for breakfast.
SPROUTS SALAD
Preparation time 10 mins | Serves 2
Ingredients
Method
1. Take the sprouts in a large bowl.
2. Add the chopped onion, tomato and cucumber.
3. Add the salt and lemon juice and mix well.
Notes
1. I made the sprouts at home, you can use store bought sprouts as well.
2. You can use any kind of sprouts.
3. You can add more of your favorite veggies too.
