Brownie Trifle | How to make a Brownie Trifle - In this post, we will
see how to make a tasty delicious brownie trifle. You can make this with
left over brownies.
Ingredients
- Brownies - 1 batch
- Whipping cream - 1.5 cups
- Icing Sugar - 2 tbsp
- Vanilla - 1 tsp
- Ganache - 1/2 cup
- Chocolate syrup

Method
1. Crumble the brownies and press it onto an 8 inch baking dish.
2. Leave it in the refrigerator.
3. Take the whipping cream in a bowl, add the icing sugar and vanilla.
4. Beat the cream till soft peaks are formed.
5. Remove half of the cream into a separate bowl.
6. Beat the remaining cream to stiff peaks and leave it in the fridge.
7. To the other half of the cream, add the ganache, beat till stiff peaks are formed.
8. Bring the serving dish with the brownies from the fridge and add some chocolate syrup on it.
9. Then add the plain whipped cream and spread evenly.
10. Drizzle some more chocolate sauce.
11. Add the chocolate whipped cream and spread evenly. Refrigerate for 30 mins.
12. Then crumble some more brownies on top.
You can serve immediately or refrigerate till you're ready to serve.
Notes
1. You can use freshly baked or left over brownies.
2. Instead of ganache, you can add some cocoa powder.
