Ice Cream | Ice Cream Recipes - In this post, we will see how to make a
tasty and delicious chikoo ice cream. You don't need fancy equipment or
ingredients to make this awesome ice cream.
Ingredients
- Amul Whipping cream - 1 pack
- Condensed milk - 1/2 tin (400 g tin)
- Chikoo - 1 to 1.5 cups

Method
1. Add the cream and condensed milk into the mixee jar. Blend till smooth.
2. Add 1 cup of chikoo into the mixee jar. Remove the skin and seeds and add it in. Blend till smooth.
3. Transfer the mixture into a freezer safe box and freeze it overnight.
4. Remove and enjoy!
Notes
1. You can use any heavy cream of your choice.
2. You can add upto 2/3rd of the condensed milk tin too.
3. Add 1 to 1.5 cups of chopped chikoo only then you will get the taste of chikoo in the ice cream.
