Method
1. Wash the baby corn and cut it into halves. You can cook as whole corn too but it will take time to cook so I cut it into halves.
2. Add the red chilli powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, garam masala, ginger garlic paste, salt, lemon juice in a bowl.
3. Add little water and make it into a paste.
4. Add the baby corn and coat it with the masala.
5. In another bowl, add the corn flour, rice flour, gram flour, mixed herbs and salt. Add little water and make it into a thick paste.
6. Take some bread crumbs in another plate.
7. Take the marinated baby corn and dip it in the corn flour paste. Coat it well with the corn flour paste and then roll it in the bread crumbs.
8. Do this with all the baby corn and keep in fridge for 10-20 mins.
9. Heat oil to deep fry. When oil is hot, drop the bread crumbs in the hot oil and fry till it's golden brown.

Notes
1. Keeping the bread crumbs coated baby corn in the fridge will make sure the bread crumbs are set well and it wont fall off while frying in the hot oil.
2. You can cook the whole baby corn or cut it into halves.
