Method
1. Grease the serving bowls with butter and some cocoa powder. Grease liberally. I used 4 small ramekins.
2. In a bowl, add the maida, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, baking powder, baking soda, salt and instant coffee powder. Mix well.
3. Then add the vanilla, oil and milk and mix to make a smooth batter.
4. Transfer the batter into the prepared ramekins.
5. Now pre heat the air fryer for 3 mins at 180 degrees.
6. After 3 mins, mix the batter lightly and drop a piece of chocolate in the batter.
7. Open the air fryer basket and place 2 ramekins inside and cook for 5 mins.
8. After 5 mins, remove the ramekins and place the next 2 ramekins inside the basket.
9. After you take the ramekins out of the air fryer basket, let it rest for 5 mins. Don't cut into it immediately.
10. After 5 mins, you can invert the ramekins and cut into the lava cakes.
11. A perfectly oozy lava cake will be ready.

Notes
1. Grease the serving bowls liberally, only then the cakes will come out easily.
2. There is no need to place extra chocolate in the ramekins, there will be a perfect ooze even without the extra chocolate.
3. Don't invert or cut into the cake immediately after taking it out of the air fryer basket, let it rest for 5 mins first and then invert.

Bible blessing - Because you trusted me, I will rescue you and keep you safe. I the Lord have spoken. Jeremiah 39:18
