Method
1. Add the oreo biscuits in a dry mixee jar and powder it well. I have used 2 packs of oreo biscuits.
2. Transfer the powdered biscuits into a bowl and add 2-3 tbsp of melted butter. Mix well.
3. Transfer this into an 8 inch serving dish and press in well.
4. Take a sauce pan and add the milk and sugar. Then add cornflour and mix well so that there are no lumps.
5. Place the saucepan on the stove and keep whisking the milk mixture till it thickens. Mix for about 7-8 mins in medium flame.
6. Once it thickens, remove from flame and add some more chopped oreo biscuits to this milk mixture. I used about 7 chopped oreo biscuits.
7. Bring the baking dish from the fridge and transfer this milk mixture onto it and spread the biscuits evenly. Refrigerate for 1 to 1.5 hours.
8. Next to make the ganache, melt the chocolate and cream in a microwave for 30 seconds and mix till smooth.
9. Pour this ganache over the set milk mixture and again keep in fridge till your ready to serve.
Notes
1. You can make such dessert box with any cream biscuits.
2. Use 2 tbsp of melted butter first, if it's not enough then add one more tbsp of butter.
