 Pudding Cake | Chocolate Pudding Cake | Cake Pudding - In this recipe, we will see how to make an easy and tasty pudding cake. This is a delicious dessert that your family and guests will love! 

Ingredients 

• Chocolate Cake 
• Milk - 1/2 cup 
• Sugar - 2 tbsp 
• Coffee powder - 1/4 tsp 
• Whipping cream powder - 1 cup 
• Vanilla - 1 tsp 
• Cocoa powder - 1 tbsp 
• Powdered sugar - 1 tbsp

Method

1. Take the chocolate cake and spread it on a baking dish and press well. Leave this in the refrigerator for 30 mins.

2. Take the whipping cream powder and add the vanilla, cocoa powder and sugar to it and beat till stiff peaks.

3. Then take the milk and add the sugar and coffee powder and mix well. Heat for few seconds in microwave.

4. Now bring the cake from the fridge, soak the cake with the milk mixture and add the chocolate whipped cream on top and spread it. 

5. Refrigerate for 1 hour and then you can serve it.

Notes

1. You can use any left over cake for this recipe. One of my chocolate cake stuck to the pan, I used that cake to make this pudding cake.
