Kiwi Ice Cream | No Churn 2 Ingredients Kiwi Ice Cream - I love kiwis! It's one of my favorite fruits but when the kiwi is too sour then this is the next best thing. This ice cream is so soft and creamy, it's absolutely delicious!
Ingredients
- Cream - 500 ml
- Condensed milk - 1 tin (400 gms)
- Kiwi fruit - 3 to 4
Method
1. In a large mixee jar, add the cream and condensed milk and beat well.
2. Add the kiwi fruit and blend again.
3. Pour into a container and freeze for 8-10 hours.
4. Then enjoy!
Notes
1. I added the fruit at the end as I wanted some chunks of the fruit while eating. But if you don't want chunks of fruit, add the kiwi first, blend till smooth and then add the kiwi and cream.
2. You can add some green color, if you want. I did not add.
