Moist and Fudgy Brownie


Ingredients 
  • Dark chocolate - 200 grams 
  • Butter - 1/2 cup  (113 gms) 
  • White sugar - 180 gms 
  • Brown sugar - 1/2 cup 
  • Eggs - 3 medium size 
  • Vanilla essence -2 tsp 
  • All-purpose flour - 1/2 cup 
  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
  • Coffee powder - 1/4 tsp 
  • Salt - a pinch

Method
1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C and grease and line a 7 inch square tin.
2. Take the dark chocolate, butter and coffee in a bowl and melt it in the microwave or double boiler. Mix till well combined. Let it cool slightly.
3. Then add the eggs and vanilla and beat till well combined. 
4. Add the white sugar and brown sugar and beat till well combined. 
5. Then add the maida, cocoa powder and salt and fold gently.
6. Transfer the batter into the prepared tin, tap the tin on the counter and bake in the pre heated oven for 35-40 mins or until a skewer comes out slightly wet.
7. Remove from the oven and let the brownies cool completely before you cut in.

Notes
1. I have used powdered sugar to help it dissolve easily.
