Easy Peas Masala

Peas is a universal favorite, even kids love to eat peas. This recipe makes an awesome side dish for rotis/parathas or even dosa. I like to make this during early morning bustle and it tastes awesome so whenever I'm looking for an easy side dish, this is what I make.
I make another version which requires a bit more time to prepare, I will post that later.

Notes
1. The amount of water you add depends on the consistency of the gravy you prefer.
2. You can make this with dried peas too but make sure you soak them overnight.
3. You can add some potatoes too.

Until next time,
