No Cocoa Powder, Chocolate, Cream, Condensed Milk -Easy Chocolate Frosting | Lockdown Frosting Recipe - In this recipe, we will see how to many a very simple and easy but yet creamy and delicious chocolate frosting without using cocoa powder, cream, chocolate or condensed milk. During the lockdown period, when we didn't have the ingredients to make a perfect frosting, then you can follow this simple recipe to make a tasty frosting! 



Ingredients
  • Chocolate cream biscuits - 12
  • Sugar - 2 to 3 tbsp
  • Milk - 3 tbsp
  • Unsalted butter - 1 tbsp

Method
1. Take the biscuits in a dry mixie jar and add the sugar to it. Blend it till it's smooth.
2. To this add 3 tbsp of milk and blend again. Blend till it's smooth and lump free.
3. Transfer this to a saucepan and add the butter. Keep the flame at medium to low.
4. Cook this mixture till the butter melts completely. As the mixture cooks, it will get thicker and thicker.
5. When it's nice and thick, remove it from flame. Let it cool down slightly and then spread it over the cake and enjoy.

Notes
1. You can use any chocolate cream biscuit of your choice like oreo, bourbon etc. I used bourbon.
