Chocolate Pudding Recipe | Easy Milk Chocolate Pudding | How to make Chocolate Pudding - Milk Chocolate Pudding is easy to make dessert and it tastes absolutely delicious!

Ingredients
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
  • Corn flour - 1/4 cup
  • Sugar - 1/2 cup
  • Cream - 1/4 cup
  • Chocolate - 120 gms
  • Salt - a pinch

Method
1. In a sauce pan, take 2 cups of milk.
2. Add the cocoa powder and corn flour.
3. Add a pinch of salt and then add the sugar.
4. Then add the fresh cream and mix everything well together.
5. Place a sieve over another saucepan and strain this mixture.
6. Take the chocolate and break it into smaller pieces.
7. Place the saucepan on the stove and start mixing the milk mixture.
8. Once the mixture becomes hot, add the chopped chocolate.
9. Keep the flame at medium and keep mixing, don't allow the chocolate to settle down at the bottom and burn.
10. After about 7-8 minutes, the mixture will start thickening. Once it's nice and thick, remove it from the stove.
11. As it's cooling down also, keep whisking it now and then otherwise a layer of skin will form on top.
12. As the pudding is cooling down, add vanilla and mix well.
13. This pudding will set quickly, transfer the pudding into serving bowls.
14. Keep the pudding in the fridge for 4 hours.
15. After 4 hours, you can serve the pudding in the bowl itself or you can de mould and then serve.
16. Please watch the video for detailed step by step description of the chocolate pudding.

Notes
1. You can serve this pudding warm too but it tastes best when it's chilled.
2. You can use any chocolate of your choice. I have used Amul dark chocolate, you can use dairy milk too.
