Corn Cheese Balls | Veg Cheese Balls | Cheese Corn Balls | How to easy make Corn Chesse Balls - In this recipe, we will see how to make an easy and tasty evening snacks - corn cheese balls. 



Ingredients 
  • Potato - 2 medium, grated 
  • Coriander leaves - one handful 
  • Capsicum - 2 tbsp 
  • Onion - 2 tbsp 
  • Boiled / Frozen Corn - 2 tbsp 
  • Mozarella cheese - 1 cup, grated 
  • Garlic - 1, grated 
  • Oregano - 1 tsp 
  • Mixed herbs - 1 tsp 
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp 
  • Salt - 1 tsp 
  • Corn flour - 1 tsp 

To coat 
  • Maida - 1/4 cup 
  • Cornflour - 1/4 cup 
  • Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp 
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp 
  • Bread crumbs - 1/2 cup
  • Oil - to deep fry

Method
1. Boil the potatoes, peel it and grate it. To this add chopped coriander leaves, onions, capsicum and corn.
2. Along with this add grated mozarella cheese. Add 1 garlic crushed or grated.
3. Then add oregano, mixed herbs, pepper powder and salt. 
4. Mix everything well together till it's well combined.
5. Add the cornflour and mix. The cornflour helps to bind everything together.
6. Start making small balls out of this mixture, if you're not able to, then add little more cornflour.
7. Keep the balls in the fridge for 30 mins or in the freezer for 10 mins.
8. In the meantime, take another small bowl and add the maida, cornflour, salt, pepper powder. Add water to it, little by little and make it into a smooth paste.
9. Bring the corn balls from the fridge, dip it in the maida paste and then roll the balls in bread crumbs and set aside.
10. Leave this in the freezer for 10 mins.
11. Heat oil and deep fry these corn cheese balls until golden brown and enjoy!


Notes
1. Instead of maida and cornflour slurry, you can coat the balls in an egg. 
2. Before frying leave the corn balls in the freezer. If not, the cheese can start oozing out while frying.
3. You can coat the corn balls with bread crumbs and leave it in the freezer. Then fry it when ever you want as an instant snack.
