Method
1. Take the butter and chocolate in a bowl. Melt the butter and chocolate.
2. Then in another bowl, take the milk, sugar and coffee powder. Mix well and lightly heat it up.
3. To make these biscuit logs, soak the biscuits in the milk nicely and place it on a tray lined with baking paper or aluminium foil.
4. Then take 1 tsp of the chocolate and spread it over the biscuit.
5. Then take another marie biscuit and soak it in the milk and place on top of the chocolate and keep building it up.
6. After you keep 10 biscuits, stop and start another log as it might topple over if it's too high.
7. Because we are using chocolate between each biscuit, as the chocolate sets, the biscuit will also stick to each other.
8. Finally cover the entire chocolate log with the remaining chocolate and add some sprinkles to decorate.
9. Leave this in the refrigerator for 1 hour to set.
10. After 2 hour, take it from the fridge and remove the excess chocolate around the log. Then you can cut the biscuit logs any way you want and enjoy!
Notes
1. Build the biscuit log on a tray lined with butter paper, that way it will be easy to remove.
2. You can use any biscuit for this, I have used marie biscuit.
