How to make Beetroot Juice | Beetroot Juice Recipe | Healthy Beetroot
Juice without Sugar - In this recipe, we will see how to make a healthy
beetroot juice recipe without adding sugar. If you have low hemoglobin levels, take this juice atleast thrice a week to increase your iron levels.
Ingredients
- Beetroot - 1 large
- Lemon juice - 2 tsp
- Sugar - 2 tbsp (I did not add)

Method
1. Peel the beetroot and chop into smaller pieces.
2. Transfer into mixee jar and add the lemon juice.
3. Add 1 cup of water and blend well, strain the juice.
4. Add the residue back into the mixee jar and add 1 more cup of water and blend again and strain the juice.
5. That's it, beetroot juice is ready.
Notes
1. Adding lemon juice enhances the flavor and taste of the juice (especially since we don't use sugar). Also beetroot is rich is Iron and the Vitamin C from the lemon juice helps in the iron absorption.
2. We are used to having this juice without sugar, if you prefer you can add 2 tbsp of sugar.
