How to Store Grated Cheese for Long without Clumping | Tips to Store

by which you can store grated cheese for a long time without clumping.
This method will make it easy for you to thaw and use cheese whenever
you need it.
Ingredients
- Cheese (mozarella, cheddar etc)
- Cornflour - 1 tsp

Method
1. Take the cheese block and grate it.
2. To this add 1 tsp cornflour, do not add too much.
3. Mix the cheese with the cornflour and put it in a freezer safe box and use when needed, cheese will not clump up.
4. When you need to use the cheese, take it out of the freezer and thaw it for sometime on the counter and the well separated grated cheese will be ready.

Notes
1. Adding cornflour will not change the taste of the cheese.
2. Don't add too much cornflour.
