Everybody knows of the wonderful benefits of ABC juice which is made of Apples, Beetroots and Carrots. This juice is called a Miracle Juice due to it's many nutritional benefits. This juice has become quite popular recently. Usually people drink ABC juice but my dear friend Senthil Kumari suggested to drink this juice along with 'O', the Oranges! Adding oranges to this drink, increases the Vitamin C in the drink which helps the iron from the beetroots to get absorbed more easily and also the oranges increases the overall taste of the juice.

- Juice Orange - 1
- Water - 2 cups
- Sweet Lime Juice
- Banana Grape Slush

Method
1. Wash all the fruits and veggies and peel all the fruits and veggies.
2. Chop them into small pieces and add it to a blender.
3. Add little water and blend to a fine paste.
4. Add the remaining water and blend well.
5. Strain the juice into a bowl and then serve!
Notes
1. Make sure you peel the orange well otherwise the pith can make your juice bitter.
2. Do not add sugar, the juice tastes lovely as it is.
3. I use a strainer and a thin cloth to strain the juice well.
4. If you get organic fruits and veggies, you can use them without peeling.
