This is another one of my favorite brownie...rich, dark, chocolaty and fudgy! The very thought of it makes me want to have some right away! I made these for some of my husband's friends and they all loved it too! If you love fudgy brownies then this is a must try!

Ingredients
Method
Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees C or 350 degrees F. Line and grease a 9 by 13 inches pan or a 9*9 inch square pan. I used a 9 inch pan.
1. Melt the butter and chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Add the granulated sugar and microwave again so that the sugar dissolves. Let the mixture cool.
2. Once the mixture is at room temperature, add 3 eggs and whisk until combined. Add the remaining two eggs along with the vanilla and mix again.
3. Sift in the flour, salt and cocoa powder. Or pre sift and add. Add the chopped walnuts.
4. Fold gently. Do not overmix.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared tin and bake for 30 minutes or until a skewer comes out slightly clean. There will be a few crumbs sticking to the skewer.
Until next time,

Notes
1. Do not over mix after you add the dry ingredients.
2. Grind the granulated sugar in a food processor before adding to the batter as this will help it to dissolve faster. I had to wait a long time for the granulated sugar to dissolve.
