I loved the sweet cucumber lassi that I had posted earlier! But unfortunately my husband does not prefer the sweet version. Actually he does not like anything sweet so tried this salted version and he loved it! Mission accomplished!! This is an awesome drink to quench your thirst!
SALTED CUCUMBER LASSI
Preparation time 5 mins | Cooking time 0 | Serves 1
Ingredients
Try some other lassi/ buttermilk recipes
Method
1. Peel and chop the cucumber and add it to the blender along with coriander leaves, ginger and green chilli. Blend well till it's smooth.
2. Add the thick yogurt, water and salt and blend again.
3. Pour into a glass and serve.
Notes
1. Use homemade, slightly sour curd.
2. Adding chilli is upto you. Try with 1/2 a chilli first, if you like more spice then add the other half.
