Drumstick is one of my favorite veggie. Growing up, I was a fussy eater, did not like eating vegetables but then these drumsticks were a favorite even at that time! My mom made a lot of drumstick recipes and potato recipes for my school. It's such a wonder that I turned out to be such a food lover!
I have posted a murunga keerai poriyal recipe earlier and a murungakkai kara kuzhambu recipe too which I love so much! This drumstick curry is a simple fuss free side dish that goes very well with rice.
MURUNGAKKAI MASALA

Method
1. Chop the drumsticks into 2 inch pieces and put in a bowl of water. Grind the onion and tomato ans set aside.

3. When the mustard seeds splutter, add the ground onion paste and tomato paste. Add salt and cook for about 5 minutes.
