In this post, we will see how to make a quick and easy evening snacks. I make this cauliflower 65 for my kids as an after school snack and they love it.
Ingredients
- Cauliflower - 1
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Cumin powder - 1 tsp
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp
- Fennel powder - 1 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- Pepper powder - 1 tsp
- Corn flour - 1 tbsp
- Besan - 1 tbsp
- Rice flour - 1 tbsp
- Ginger garlic paste- 1 tsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tsp
- Salt - to taste
To clean cauliflower
- Water
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
- Salt - 1 tbsp

Method
1.Add salt and turmeric powder to a bowl of water and mix well.
2. Add the cauliflower florets and let it sit for 5 mins.
3. Then heat the bowl of water for 5 mins, mixing the cauliflower. If you find any insects or impurities, remove it.
4. In another bowl, add all the masala, mix with little water to make a paste.
5. Add the cauliflower florets and coat with the masala. Leave in refrigerator for 15 mins.
6. Heat oil to fry the cauliflower, once the oil is hot, add the cauliflower pieces into the hot oil and fry till golden brown.
