Growing up, summers were never complete without rose milk posicles! We loved it so much! Once in college, this habit slowly vanished. Now that I have kids, I wanted to introduce these popsicles to them so tried them out. I like making these, plain rose milk popsicles and rose milk creamsicles.
I love any rose milk based recipes. It tastes awesome! Although I don't make it often, once in a while I make something with rose milk essence and enjoy! Especially during summers!

This summer I have been adding nungu (ice apple) to my desserts, we usually have the fruit as it is but adding it to a drink like this mango nungu milkshake or this mango nungu pudding makes the dessert even more delicious!
My husband says I'm obsessed with nungu and adding it to everything I make, maybe so but I know he's enjoying it too!
And I love the way this looks, so pretty and pleasing to the eyes!

This is truly one of the most delicious ice cream's you will ever eat! This beats store bought ice creams hand down! I have made this umpteen number of times and it has never ever failed me. Everybody who has it simply loves it. I even made an ice cream cake with this rose milk ice cream, truly a delight! Add to that I love to drink rose milk so it's an absolute favorite.
I have adapted this recipe from my chocolate ice cream recipe.

Everybody loves rose milk, there's no one who does not like rose milk. Even my husband who hates milk and never even drinks milk/milkshakes, love rose milk. As a child I remember having this rose milk and rose milk popsicles, we used to love this as children! This is the simpler version of making rose milk and this works for us every time.
